My stay at the Intercontinental was delightful, especially thanks to its fantastic downtown location and beautiful pool area. The room, while clean and well-appointed, felt a bit cramped for my family, and I was surprised by the unexpected resort fee. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful experience, just a couple of minor drawbacks to note.

I had a lovely stay overall at this historic hotel, which features a stunning swimming pool and comfortable rooms. The service was attentive, and the charm of the hotel itself adds an appealing touch. However, I encountered some issues with the mini-bar not accommodating my items and I also wish the fitness area had more natural light. The location is fantastic for exploring the city's attractions.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, right on Michigan Avenue, surrounded by great shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly professional and attentive, especially the gentlemen outside who greeted us daily. However, the rooms feel dated and could use a refresh. MJ’s Steakhouse inside the hotel is a must-try. Overall, I would definitely stay here again despite a few minor issues.
